I am sure many of you are familiar to LEGO but have you tried the LEGO Bionicles. If so you will probably understand what i'm talking about.
Originally when you buy a Bionicle it is to add to your collection or to build but soon after it becomes boring and I personally started building my own custom Bionicles. To start with they where pretty dismal but soon I figured out how to make them better. So here are some hints and tips to help you to make better custom Bionicles:
Tip #1 - Start Simple
Try Starting with smaller ideas maybe mixing and matching semi-created sections of the original Bionicles
Tip #2 - Which Bionicles to use
It doesn't really matter which Bionicles to use but try and make sure they are from the same series.
Tip #3 - Small Bionicles
When making small custom Bionicles try to make them short and chunky to help them stand and look better also try to stick to a colour theme but that isnt really important
Tip #4
Finally when making larger Bionicles try to reinforce the legs and keep the arms shorter as this will make the final result much better. Also remember to use big feet as they will help it stand up.
Here is a Custom bionicle I made from Ehlek, Chirox, Toa Tahu (Mistika) and Thok
